- Polly Allen was born in 2001 in East Sussex.
She was 9 when she made her debut as Keeley Gibson and Angela Robson in Billy Elliot, Victoria Palace. She also reprised the role as a selected cast member to perform at West End Live in 2012. After a small break Polly was chosen to play Veruca Salt, in the original cast of the Warner Brothers production of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, directed by Sam Mendes at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Following her success in Musical Theatre in 2014 she was cast as the lead role of Sheila Ormsby, in CBBC's "Hetty Feather" (2015). The series was a great success and Polly was thrilled to revisit the character for six consecutive seasons. She later landed the role of Stella in the feature film "The Nest" directed by Sean Durkin, starring Jude Law and Carrie Coon which premiered at Sundance and can now be viewed worldwide on Netflix.
